The S.H.E Mentorship Sessions with Nthabiseng Mmusi are safe, empowering spaces designed to support personal and professional growth in the SHERQ field. Over a 3-month journey, participants explore core safety, health, environment, and quality principles while developing leadership, communication, and self-awareness skills. Led by an experienced practitioner, the sessions blend real-world insight with mindset development and community support—helping mentees build confidence, gain clarity, and lead with intention in their careers and workplaces.
