Botswana’s premier event dedicated to recognizing and celebrating outstanding achievements in Safety, Health, Environment, Risk, and Quality (SHERQ), as well as Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) excellence.
The SHERQ Impact Awards Botswana 2026 are endorsed by the Ministry of Labour and Home Affairs, through the Department of Occupational Health and Safety (DOSH), underscoring the national importance of advancing safe, healthy, sustainable, and well-governed workplaces and communities.

The awards are delivered in partnership with key strategic partners, including the Ministry of Labour and Home Affairs, AfriSAFE, and Assetain, bringing together government, industry, and professional leadership to elevate Botswana’s SHE and ESG standards while celebrating those leading the way.
