The SHERQ Impact Awards Botswana recognize excellence, leadership, innovation, and impact in Safety, Health, Environment, Risk, and Quality (SHERQ) across organisations, individuals, communities, and institutions.

Recognizes a mining company demonstrating outstanding performance in occupational safety, health protection, environmental stewardship, risk management, and quality systems.
Construction & Infrastructure Company of the Year

Recognizes non-governmental or civil society organisations making meaningful contributions to safety, health, environmental protection, or community wellbeing.
Public Sector SHERQ Excellence Award
Recognizes excellence in safety, health, and environmental management within government departments or public institutions.
Ditiro Tsa Botshelo Award (Informal Sector Safety & Livelihoods Award)
Honors informal workers, cooperatives, or groups demonstrating practical safety, health, and environmental responsibility in everyday livelihoods.
